You will be required to vacate you accommodation by 10.00am.
On the morning of departure to allow time for cleaning.

Your arrival will be welcome from 2.30pm.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is due on arrival

Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation; we would therefore consider insuring against this happening.

You can do this through your local travel agent or insurance broker.

All credit and debit cards accepted.

Holiday Homes are let and furnished for the numbers specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement.
All members of your party further agree not to use the caravan for any commercial purposes, including without limitation, assigning or subletting it or allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by us.

All members of your party agree to keep the property clean & tidy and all furniture fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the beginning of the holiday period. You also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. The proprietors will not be responsible for loss or damage there of or there to from any cause whatsoever or from negligence of their servants.
