MAES GLAS is approximately 11/2 miles from the main A487 Aberystwyth to Cardigan road, so we are well away from any traffic noise and yet not too far off the beaten track.

Take the turning marked "Penbryn" at the cross roads (just before the converted church and just after the village of Brynhoffnant if you are coming from Aberystwyth or just after the village of Sarnau if you are coming from Cardigan).

Follow this road for just over a mile until you see a phone box on your right . Take the left hand fork at the junction (bridge over stream on your right) and keep on to the next corner where you will find the entrance to Maes Glas.
